We stayed for three nights at Antiche Armonie B&B and didn't have any real complaints. The location was a little further from the town centre than we would have liked (though only really a 10 - 15 minute walk) so options for dinner, a drink, etc were not many. Other than the location, the B&B itself was lovely, very nicely decorated and clean. A continental breakfast was provided which was more food than we received in other B&Bs in Italy - tea, coffee, croissant, packet toast biscuits, juice, milk, jams, nutella, etc. The only other slight issue was the size of the shower, a bit small in our room with very little room to move inside without bumping into the shower door. Overall though, good service and we had a comfortable stay here

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce B & B et la chambre était à la hauteur des photos fournies sur Venere.com (lit à baldaquin, confort avec mini réfrigérateur, séche cheveux, petit balcon, clim). Marco e Alessio sont charmants et très accueillants; ils nous ont fournis une carte avec les endroits à visiter et surtout l'adresse d'un resto, Trattoria Za Za, excellent !!!!! Chambre située à 10 minutes de la gare à pied donc très pratique. N'étant pas dans le centre de Florence, ville où seuls les résidents peuvent se garer, ce B & B est très pratique si vous avez une voiture. Le petit déjeuner est succint mais parfait pour démarrer la journée et ensuite il faut aller sur la place du Palazzo Vecchio prendre un latte macchiato !!!! Je pense avoir dit tout le bien que je pense de ce B & B. N'hésitez plus vu le prix et le confort à comparer à l'hotellerie classique hors de prix et avec un personnel la plupart du temps très désagréable.

I've been to Florence last September and chose Antiche Armonie B&B for my stay. I read the bad review of this B&B only after I had already booked it. But when I came there, fortunately I realized that it wasn’t as horrible as described! There were 2 young and nice boys, which gave me a warm welcome. My room was very pretty, romantic and private, had a fantastic canopy, soft towels, and mini-bar. So relaxing, peaceful, with an added touch of antique elegance and charm! The B&B is not too far from the city centre, and not too distant from all touristy places, it takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the train station and other 5 minutes to arrive to the Dom. Otherwise, it’s possible to take a bus, there is a bus stop just near the B&B and almost all buses run to the centre. My accommodation, breakfast, the guys' friendliness and helpful conversations made my visit there a lasting memory. Few words can convey how wonderful my stay was at this beautiful B&B. It has become easy to recommend it to my friends. It requires one word: Impeccable! Thank you guys for a great stay! Betty

We arrived in Florence via train but unfortunately later than check-in time. Nonetheless, the owners of Antiche Armonie were still able to acommodate us and get us into our room. This was a great beginning to a wonderful time in this beautiful city. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Antiche Armonie is located very near to the center of Florence, so all sights were in walking distance. Since we traveled primarily via train throughout Italy, the main train station in Florence was right around the corner. Very convenient indeed!Alessio and Matteo, the owners, were extremely courteous, helpful,and gave us valuable information (everything from where to do laundry in Florence to tours around the Florence area.) If we were to return to Florence, we would definitely reserve again with Antiche Armonie. Thank you again Alessio and Matteo for being so kind to us. Just one traveler tip: Don't leave windows open too long, or you will have mosquitoes bothering you at night, which we found out the hard way.
