All prices are per room per night including all taxes, services, heating and air conditioning, excluding city tax 4,00 € per person per night..
Cancellation and Variations policy
Deletions must be sent exclusively in writing by e-mail to the mailbox info@antichearmonie.com
.
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For bookings of 5 or more nights or for 2 or more rooms cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of no show (no arrival without any communication) the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations or changes of reservations made not directly from our website but through online agencies you must contact directly the agency of reference.
Payment, Arrival and Departure Information
Credit card is required only as a guarantee, payment of the balance or the total amount of the reservation is required upon arrival (check in), payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, JBC, CartaSi, Poste Pay).
For non refundable offers the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 10:00 / 11:00 but if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at the reception. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10.00 am.
Arrival Time
We remind you that it is very important for us to know your arrival time as we are not always present in the structure and we generally close the check-in at 17:00.
In this regard we invite you to provide us with your mobile phone number where we can contact you on the morning of your arrival for a confirmation of the time. Check-in is guaranteed even after 17:00 as our structure has access doors with code opening,
so we can allow access to the rooms even in our absence.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Children and Supplementary Beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots (bed linen not included). Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Extra beds (surcharge) and baby cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the property at time of booking.
Car Parking
You can comfortably arrive by car to the immediate vicinity of our bed and breakfast and choose to park in the adjacent streets, in the public pay parking (blue stripes) at a cost of 1.5 euros per hour, from 8:00 to 20:00 (the night and holidays is free), or you can buy the "scratch card" that we provide at a cost of Euro 10 for 24 hours or use a garage located at 300 meters at a cost of 20 euros per day.
Domestic Animals
On request small pets are allowed free of charge under conditions that are not left alone. in the room and that the necessary equipment for the care of the animal is brought. Customers will be responsible for any damage caused by the animals inside the structure.
